### Lottery and Expansion Draft

Top 3 teams from last year pick in the final 3 -- 10th, 11th, 12th.  
All remaining teams will be entered into a Draft Lottery. The order of them will be lottery'd by me

### Pick Discrepancies

##### Discrepancy #1

We have a pick discrepancy because Geordan traded Dave a 15th round pick, but that pick doesn't exist anymore. On top of this, going off of last years draft pick order, Jeremy actually has an extra pick because Geordan is no longer in the league as well.

To rectify this, we will complete the following transaction:

Jeremy forfeited a 14th round pick for Carter Hutton. This pick will be downgraded to a 15th round pick, given to Dave's team, and then Jeremy will forfeit a 22nd round pick to keep Hutton. Hutton will still count as a 14th round pick for keepers next year if he is kept or traded to another team. If Hutton is dropped, he becomes a free agent, and that mitigates this chain.

##### Discrepancy #2

We have a pick discrepancy because Geordan traded a 10th round pick to Jeremy. Since Geordan's team has been removed, I cannot replace that pick.

To rectify this, Jeremy's 21st round pick will be used for keeper Erik Gustafson, Jeremy will be able to keep his second 10th round pick.   
Gustafson will still count as a 10th round pick for keepers next year if he is kept or traded to another team. If Gustafson is dropped, he becomes a free agent, and that mitigates this chain.

2020-21 Draft Configuration is as follows:

Top 4 winning teams from last year get the last 4 draft slots  
Due to cancellation of season (NHL was canceled after week 20 -- just before the playoffs had started), prizes were given out based on season standings + playoff matchups. All 6 projected playoff teams are considered to be playoff teams, and thus are not valid for the lottery.
